A prison official tells FOX 8 that the escaped inmate is 52-year-old Patrick Martin who is serving time for an armed robbery that occurred in Tangipahoa Parish. Martin is described as a white man, six feet tall, weighing 170 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. He was a trustee at the facility.
