Junior-high students suspended after threatening other students in Madisonville

MADISONVILLE, LA (WVUE) - Two middle-schoolers have been suspended indefinitely after allegedly threatening other students.

Madisonville Junior Highschool put out a statement saying that police are investigating violent threats made by two of their students to other students in the school. Those students are suspended until the investigation is complete.

The nature of the threats has not been released.

According to Principal Dwayne Kern the school "takes all threats, whether real or a hoax, very seriously."
