World War II airplane showcased at upcoming air show in Bossier City

BOSSIER CITY, LA (KSLA) -

Terry Sullivan will showcase a restored World War II Military Twin at this weekend's Defenders of Liberty air show in Bossier City.

The aircraft is nicknamed "Bamboo Bomber" because it's made up of steel tube, wood and fabric.

Gates at Barksdale AFB open at 9 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. The show starts at 11 a.m.
