Caddo deputies make arrest in decades old rape case

CADDO PARISH, LA (KSLA) -

An arrest was made last week in a molestation case dating back to the 1990s.

Caddo deputies arrested Gregory Todd Clements, 39 of Rodessa, on rape charges from alleged repeated offenses against the same juvenile from the mid-1990s to the mid-2000s.

Detectives, patrol deputies and K-9 deputies responded to 10423 Hwy. 168 on Thusday where they found Clements, a registered sex offender in Texas. He was hiding in an attic of a house, deputies said.

Clements is being held at the Caddo Correctional Center on a charge of aggravated rape. His bond is listed at $250,000.

    William Huff terrorized Sierra Vista during the spring and summer of 1967. Despite a sentence of 40 years to life, the Arizona Board of Executive Clemency voted to release him from prison into home arrest. Family members of the victims are concerned for the safety of the community, as are new members of the Clemency Board. CBS 5 Investigates videotaped Huff riding a bike through his Tucson neighborhood. There are no restrictions placed on his proximity to children.
