Hwy. 3132 westbound back open after recycle truck incident

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -

Traffic is flowing again along Hwy. 3132 at Flournoy Lucas is reopened after an 18-wheeler dump truck carrying recyclables rolled over just after 11 a.m.

Westbound traffic is completely blocked when the truck driver reportedly rounded a curve too fast and it flipped on its side.

The driver of the truck was taken to the hospital to be checked out.
