A pair of Caddo Parish brothers are behind bars, accused of having sex with juveniles.
Trent Lee Morgan, 20, is charged with felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile, and Caddo Parish investigators say it's not the first time he's been accused of illegal behavior involving juveniles.
Morgan was first arrested on February 14 for offenses that had occurred since October of 2013. Since then he has been charged with six counts of indecent behavior with juveniles, four counts of carnal knowledge of a juvenile, and one count each of pornography involving juveniles, computer-aided solicitation of a minor, resisting an officer, and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. His total bond now stands at $764,238
The most recent arrest came on Thursday, according to Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator, after seven girls between the ages of 13 and 16 came forward to bring charges against Morgan.
Prator says that over the past two weeks and most recently Thursday, Caddo Sheriff's Detective Jared Marshall charged Morgan with four more counts of indecent behavior with juveniles after minor girls said Morgan sent numerous nude pictures of himself to their cell phones. One of the girls also said she had sex with Morgan, resulting in yet another charge of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile being filed against Morgan.
Detectives also arrested Morgan's brother, Zachary Calhoun, on Thursday and charged him with similar crimes. During the investigation, Detective James Moore learned that Calhoun had sex with a 16-year-old, underage female on two occasions.
Calhoun, 20, of the 2700 block of Stanberry Drive in Shreveport, was arrested on a warrant for two counts of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile. His bond was set at $10,000. Calhoun turned himself in and was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center, where his brother is also being held.
