HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – The Horry County Sheriff's office announced on July 30, 2014 that Rick Moss,Weldon Roberts and Terence Frasier had been arrested and bonded out, and are no longer wanted.
Assault and battery is a serious charge, and so is criminal domestic violence. Unfortunately, both are common in Horry County.
Rick James Moss, 32, was arrested for assault and battery, second degree. According to the Horry County Police Report, back in December, the victim says he was talking to Moss about why he assaulted a relative. The discussion led to an argument and, the report says that's when Moss attacked the second victim.
Next up is 51-year-old Weldon Roberts. He was arrested for failure to appear for an assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature charge. The police report says last October, Weldon took a female victim over to a friend's home, where the two of them proceeded to beat on her, striking her in the face as she tried to get away.
The last suspect this week is 29-year-old Terence Terell Frasier, who was arrested for criminal domestic violence. According to the police report, on March 15, Frazier attacked a female victim who he was allegedly dating. The report says he threw an unidentified object at her, pulled her hair, and made threats before fleeing the scene.
