Your Week in Pop Culture: Viral sensation of kissing strangers just brilliant guerrilla marketing

(RNN) -You know that touching strangers kissing video? It's an ad for clothes.

There is something about the first kiss between two people that is unmistakable and raw.

The first kiss between two people who have been dating is one thing, a first kiss between two strangers, well, it's something that is even more awkward and anxiety-inducing.

Or is it? Filmmaker Tatia Pilieva took 20 "strangers" and asked them to kiss without any background or knowledge of who they were kissing. It's oddly beautiful, the human interaction between two strangers and the sensual act of sharing a kiss. So oddly beautiful, it's gotten more than 44 million views on YouTube since being posted Monday.

But alas, what is thought to be a really cool viral video on human interaction is just advertising for clothes. The clothing designer Wren tweeted Tuesday it was an ad for their 2014 fall collection and cast with musicians and actors who fake kiss off-Broadway somewhere.

Real lame for some clothes, but for human interaction, there is something to be said for what would really happen.

Don't enjoy being tricked by a clothing company? Check out this awesome parody with dogs "kissing" for the first time. It will continue make you like dogs better than people.

Totally random from the Internet: A supercut of every Seinfeld cutaway scene – yes, it's about nothing

The iconic sitcom Seinfeld is indeed "a show about nothing" and a new supercut celebrates the nothingness with b-roll about nothing.

All of those cutaways from Monk's Café, or outside Jerry's apartment, or any place the gang met up is mashed together with that random boingy music that filled the returns from commercials make up the mashup by video programmer LJ Frezza. Seinfeld fans everywhere can air their grievances about this video's significance and ask for serenity now somewhere else.

TV: Chelsea Handler tells Piers Morgan what America thinks: You're a 'terrible interviewer,' Piers

Comedian and host Chelsea Handler told canceled CNN host Piers Morgan what we all want to say to his face – that his arrogance  he does not make a good interviewer or host.

On Monday, Handler was a guest, on presumably, one of the last episodes of Piers Morgan Live to promote her new book. By the end of the interview, Handler was not taken by Morgan's British charm, and quite annoyed by it, telling the former America's Got Talent judge that he was a "bad interviewer" for not engaging her during a commercial break.

Morgan, per usual, snipped back, telling Handler she didn't keep his attention, and Handler fired back saying his actions are ultimately "why your job is coming to an end."

Handler – for the win!

Music: The show goes on at South By Southwest

Music still filled the air at the annual South By Southwest Festival in Austin, TX, just one day after 21-year-old Rashad Owens drove through a crowd, killing two and injuring 23 others early Thursday. Owens, who reportedly was driving the wrong way on a one-way street, is now facing two counts of capital murder and numerous counts of aggravated assault with a vehicle.

Both established and up-and-coming musicians played Thursday night at the NPR SXSW showcase, including Kelis and St. Vincent.

As the festival rolls on to its final days, SXSW has teamed up with the City of Austin, RX and the American Red Cross to hold emotional distress centers and began the SXSW Cares Fund, to raise money for those injured and the families for those killed in the incident.

South By Southwest ends on Sunday, March 15.

A little something from YouTube: Cosmo makes dreams of girls everywhere come true with 'Cats & Abs' video

Most girls love kittens. Most girls like guys with rock-hard abs.

Cosmopolitan makes that dream come true with three male models and three adorable kittens in the video Cats + Abs = OMG.

It's exactly what you think it is – a silly attempt to set women back socially with hot guys rapping poorly about cats – in a viral video that's about 1:30 longer than it should be.

The good thing is that the three kittens are available for adoption at the Humane Society of New York City. The male models, will, will probably have to work harder to find work since this is a blemish on their rock hard abs resumes.

Movies: '300' sequel debuts at No. 1 in theaters

The film does not feature the original film's star Gerald Butler (which is why YWIPC is a fan of Butler), 300: Rise of An Empire managed to do just fine, taking the top spot from the action thriller Non-Stop in the box office last weekend.

The top two spots were taken by new releases, the animated film Mr. Peabody & Sherman took the No. 2 spot, while The LEGO Movie is still holding strong in the Top 5.
