Police still looking for suspect in Allendale double murder

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -

Police are still looking for suspects in last week's double murder in Shreveport's Allendale neighborhood.

The bodies of teenager Rajean George and 22-year-old Niko Taylor were discovered late Friday afternoon in the 1800 block of Weinstock St. Both had been shot.

Shreveport police are asking for the public's help locating those responsible for the crime.

George was reported missing out of Bossier City. According to Bossier schools spokesperson Sonja Bailes, the teen was supposed to start at Bossier High School, but dropped out and hadn't attended in the last year.

Taylor lived in the home on Weinstock and owned a Green Pontiac Sunfire The car was missing Friday night and was recovered Sunday near the intersection of Merwin Street and Hassett Avenue. It's since been impounded by investigators searching for clues and evidence in the case.
