A group of East Texas teenagers have made a commitment to make a difference in the lives of other people.
A dozen young ladies at Longview High School, all part of the Forever Friends mentoring program, collected more than 500 coats in the annual Coats for Kids campaign.
?"We put in a lot of hard work. We made the posters, we decorated the boxes," said Keyome Rodgers, a senior. "Anything that I can do to help somebody else, I'll do it. That's basically what it is. I want to help somebody else."
