JONESVILLE, LA (KSLA) -

Louisiana Fire Marshal investigators say two 17-year-old boys have been charged with setting a fire that killed a man in Jonesville on Friday.

The Fire Marshal's office says in a news release that 36-year-old Kevin Wiley died in the fire. His body was found on the floor in his bedroom. Investigators determined that the fire originated in the living room. The release says the fire was intentionally set, but gave no motive or cause.

The release also notes that the home had no electricity connected at the time of the fire and was not equipped with working smoke alarms.

Trey Seward and Conner Thomas, both 17, have been charged with one count each of second degree murder and aggravated arson.

They are being held without bond in the Catahoula Parish Jail.
