Shelby County children found nearly a week after going missing

SHELBY COUNTY, TX (KLTV) -

The Shelby County Sheriff's Office tells KLTV 7 that three children, the subjects of a National Amber Alert, were found Tuesday evening in Tenaha. 

The three went missing last Thursday, and the Amber Alert was issued Sunday.

The sheriff's office says that Ivan, Paola and Viviana Alvarado are all in good health, but it's unclear if any arrests were made in connection with their disappearance. 

Paola, is a 1-year-old girl, Ivan is 2 years old, and Viviana is a 16-year-old girl. Paola is Viviana's daughter.

    William Huff terrorized Sierra Vista during the spring and summer of 1967. Despite a sentence of 40 years to life, the Arizona Board of Executive Clemency voted to release him from prison into home arrest. Family members of the victims are concerned for the safety of the community, as are new members of the Clemency Board. CBS 5 Investigates videotaped Huff riding a bike through his Tucson neighborhood. There are no restrictions placed on his proximity to children.
