An AMBER Alert issued for a toddler in Lafayette Parish has been canceled after she was found safe Friday morning.

Lafayette Parish deputies say 3-year-old Kailey Kristy Taylor has been found but her father, 30-year-old Ransom Taylor is still at large.

From Louisiana State Police:

Louisiana State Police activated the Louisiana AMBER Alert System on behalf of Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office for a child who was abducted shortly after midnight this morning from a residence on Paul Molbert Road in Duson, LA.

Kailey was allegedly abducted by her father, Ransom J. Taylor, a 30-year-old black male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5'6" tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds.  He was last seen wearing black pants, black jacket and black boots.  He has a scar over his left ear.  On his left bicep, he has a tattoo of a naked woman. On his right wrist, there is a tattoo bearing  the name "Kristal."

They were last seen in a 2000 white Pontiac Bonneville bearing Louisiana tags XHM 285.  The direction of travel is unknown but the suspect was last known to be living in the Lafayette area.
