SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -

Shreveport police are no longer looking for a woman who allegedly planned to refuse to show up and testify at her brother's murder trial.

The Caddo District Attorney's Office has rescinded the warrant, and Gabrielle Murray is no longer wanted.

Police say Murray witnessed her brother shoot 2 men outside the LaTierra Apartments in West Shreveport in August of 2012. One of those men, 26-year-old Jonathan Simo, died at the scene.

LaQuinn Murray was arrested and charged with second degree murder in Simo's death and attempted second degree murder for the shooting of Devin Marshall.

Murray, 23, is set to go to trial on those charges next week. Police say authorities say his sister has been in contact and she is no longer considered a flight risk and therefore a warrant is not needed.
