Sensible Sweets

While the thought of losing weight and dieting is usually placed "On the back burner," on Valentine's Day, there are ways to enjoy some sweet treats, and still keep your waistline "in-check."

Every holiday has its signature foods, and Valentine's Day is no exception. But did you know, some of those foods may be more than just romantic, they may do your body good. 
     A study shows one out of two women consider themselves a "Chocoholic." So if you want to see a little more loving without seeing a lot more lover, give small boxes of the very best chocolate.  With a variety of textures and flavors, that satisfies the craving and keeps portions in check.
