(RNN) - Florida went on a 16-2 run over five minutes to overcome Richmond 67-58 Saturday.

The Gators (11-2) trailed 48-45 with 6:11 to play, but by the time the clock read 1:11, they had taken a 61-50 lead and held the Spiders off down the stretch.

Four players did most of the damage for Florida with Michael Frazier II leading the way with 18 points. Patric Young scored 15, Casey Prather added 12 points and Scottie Wilbekin notched 10.

Cedrick Lindsey led Richmond with a game-high 19 points.

The Gators open conference play Jan. 8 against South Carolina.
