Louisiana legislators tackle Obamacare issues

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -

U.S. Congressman John Fleming is back in his Louisiana district tonight, where he's turning up the criticism of Obamacare, and President Obama's promise that policy holders could keep their insurance.

"Now 95,000 people from Louisiana are receiving cancellation notices. When asked if he believes President Obama lied Fleming responded "I believe that all information tells us he knew, I knew!"

He's also continuing to call for the resignation of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius for the many problems associated with what he calls the mismanaged Obamacare rollout.

Meanwhile all eyes are on Senator Mary Landrieu who had at one time echoed President Obama's promise that policy holders could keep their insurance.

Senator Landrieu has promised to make good on that promise- today she introduced the Keeping the Affordable Care Act Promise Act.

She wrote in a news release "I have said repeatedly that the affordable care act isn't perfect, and I am willing to work with anyone who wants to improve it and implement it correctly".
