SPD searches for cars connected to Raceway gas station fatal shooting
Shreveport police are searching for a maroon Chevrolet Impala and a yellow Chevrolet Camaro in connection to a fatal shooting at the Raceway gas station on Hearne Avenue.
SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -
Shreveport police are asking for the public's help to find two cars that may be connected to a fatal shooting at a Raceway gas station.
Police say around 1:30 a.m. on October 12th , 28-year-old Johnathan Davis was shot in the back while sitting in his car at the gas station in the 3700 block of Hearne Avenue. Police say Davis was shot during a shootout between a group of people in the parking lot. Davis was able to drive himself to University Medical Center. He later died of his injuries.
Police are now searching for a yellow Chevrolet Camaro with dark tinted windows and a maroon four-door Chevrolet Impala also with dark tinted windows. Both vehicles were captured on a surveillance camera leaving the scene after the shooting.
