I-220/Hwy 1 interchange reopened after crash

Shreveport Police say I-220 near the North Market/Hwy 1 exit is back open after a mid-morning crash backed up traffic.

Police tell us a driver had a medical problem which led to the crash. The driver's injuries are not life-threatening.
