CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Cincinnati Bengals defensive end Michael Johnson is teaching local kids about eating healthy and staying active, as part of the NFL's Fuel Up to Play 60 campaign.

Johnson stars in a new video campaign making healthy snacks and meals for kids, which also features Corryville Catholic School student MiCayla Pitts.

Fuel Up to Play 60 aims to tackle childhood obesity by encouraging kids to choose good-for-you foods and getting active for at least 60 minutes every day.

On Tuesday, the American Dairy Association Mideast kicked off the program for 50 Cincinnati-area schools by hosting a Program Advisor Training Camp at Paul Brown Stadium. Principals, health and physical education teachers and parents took part in the program, as well as #93.

Advisors learned how to empower children to make healthy choices about food and physical activity and identifying their goals and objectives for the year.

Fuel Up to Play 60 was created in partnership by the American Dairy Association Mideast, the National Dairy Council and the NFL in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The program targets students in grades 4-10 to fuel up with low-fat and fat-free dairy foods, fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
