Police investigate fatal stabbing in Baton Rouge

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

Baton Rouge Police are investigating the death of 47-year-old Donald Ray Thomas.

According to police, Thomas appeared to have been involved in some type of altercation and he was stabbed in his upper torso. It happened in the 2300 block of 72nd Avenue in Baton Rouge.

Thomas later died from his injuries.
