La Tech football to play Oklahoma in 2014

RUSTON, LA (KSLA/Louisiana Tech Sports Information) -

Louisiana Tech officials announced Wednesday that the school has added Oklahoma to its 2014 non-conference football schedule.

 

The game, which will be held on Aug. 30 at Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium in Norman, Okla., will be the first meeting between the two schools. Oklahoma plays in the Big 12 Conference along with Kansas, whom Louisiana Tech faces this Saturday in Lawrence, Kan.

 

The 2014 schedule for Louisiana Tech will include eight Conference USA games and four non-conference contests.

 

LA Tech fans are reminded that all games, dates and times for the 2014 schedule are subject to change.
