Kilgore PD asking public's help finding alleged thief

KILGORE, TX (KLTV) -

The Kilgore Police Department is asking for the public's assistance locating Adam Dean Mugan of Kilgore. Mugan, who is 30 years old, is currently wanted for felony theft.

Mugan has a string of other arrests in Gregg County since 1999, ranging from possesssion of marijuana, organized retail theft, criminal trespass, theft of material 50%alum/bronze, DWI, driving with invalid license, evading arrest, and contempt of court.
