SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -

Shreveport Police are looking for a man wanted in connection with a shots fired incident earlier this month.

18-year-old Ravion Alford of the 3000 block of Jackson Street is wanted for attempted first degree murder in connection with the incident, which took place on August 7 in the 3500 block of Darien Street.

Officers were called to the scene and found witnesses who told them they'd seen a dark-skinned black male armed with a gun jump out of nearby brush and begin firing in their direction before fleeing on foot. No one was hit.

Investigators say they've gathered evidence linking Alford to the crime.

His bond has been set at $100,000.

Anyone with information where Alford might be is asked to contact Caddo Crime Stoppers at (318) 673-7373 or on their website at www.lockemup.org
