The Webster Parish School Board is holding a meeting Tuesday following the retirement of the new superintendent before he even started the job.
Officials say Morris Busby would have been Webster Parish's new superintendent. But Busby says after 33 years with Webster schools, he wanted to "de-stress" his life and is stepping down.
The special meeting being held Tuesday at 6 p.m. will allow board members to figure out what to do next. The first day of classes in Webster Parish is August 12th.
