Paula Deen, et al. pending in the United States District Court, Southern District of Georgia, Savannah Division.  Subject to an Order, the defense of that case will be transferred by agreement to other counsel for completion.  Oliver Maner LLP has appreciated the opportunity to work on this matter and thanks the many professionals who have assisted to help make sure that the case is well-positioned for a favorable outcome.

    If you take a stroll on the beach, chances are you might need to watch your step and it isn't because of the sea shells. A strong onshore wind has been pushing large jellyfish to the shore. These bigger jellyfish are called cannon ball jellyfish. Luckily, these jellyfish do not sting, but we may see more stinging jellys sooner than usual.
