SPD: Search on for boy involved in broken bottle stabbing
SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -
Shreveport police are on the hunt for a boy accused of slashing another boy with a broken glass bottle in the Ingleside neighborhood Monday night.
Police say around 8 p.m. they responded to a report of a stabbing in the 2500 block of Dupont Street. Police say it all stemmed from a fight that escalated between two boys. One of the boys used a broken glass bottle to stab the other in the hand and chest. Police say the victim was rushed to LSU Medical Center. He is expected to be okay.
Police tell us they are still working to identify a suspect in this case.
