HOPE, AR (KSLA) - Southwest Arkansas law officers are trying to find a motive for a shooting that left one man dead and another man severely injured early Monday morning.
Officers say they were called to a home at about 2:45 a.m. in response to a shooting. They found the front door of the home in the 1000 block of North Greening Street riddled with at least 17 gunshots.
They also found 36-year-old Roger Hall lying on the floor of his home, suffering multiple gunshot wounds. Hall was rushed to Wadley Hospital, where he later died.
A second victim, 24-year-old Lamario Henderson, was taken to LSU Medical Center in Shreveport with what police describe as "multiple lacerations and burn wounds.
Police say that, according to witnesses, several unknown masked suspects were involved in this incident.
