SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -

A man and his wife could both face charges after she allegedly stabbed him Thursday morning.

Shreveport police and paramedics responded just before 12:30 a.m. to a report of a stabbing at a home in the 100 block of East College Street. When they arrived, police found a man bleeding from the chest. Police say the man claimed he and his wife were arguing inside their home when she stabbed him.

Police say the man was treated at the scene and is expected to be okay. But both the man and his wife were taken into custody. No word on what charges they could face.
