Colerain teacher placed on leave following investigation

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

A Colerain High School teacher was placed on administrative leave.

According to the Northwest Local School District, an initial investigation indicated potential criminal activity, and the teacher was placed on leave beginning May 17.

The matter was turned over to law enforcement authorities.

The school district says administrators have cooperated fully with the investigation.

No further details have been released.
