Police searching for missing Homer woman

Police need your help to find a woman that has not been seen or heard from by her family in a week.

Homer police say family reported 46-year-old Valerie Willis missing on Monday. They say the last time they heard from Willis was on Tuesday, April 16th. That day, Willis called the Homer Police Department and her daughter to tell them that she was okay. Police say Willis told them her daughter knew where she was going to be staying. Willis also told police that her family and friends were concerned for her safety.

Willis has not been seen or heard from by family or police since last Tuesday.

Police say her last known location was in Haynesville, Louisiana. Willis was last seen wearing a red shirt, black shorts and white Nike shoes with rainbow shoe strings. She is 6'2" and weighs 235 lbs. Willis has tattoos on the back of her neck and leg.
