SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -
Police need your help to find a woman who apparently walked away from her South Shreveport home Tuesday morning and has not been seen or heard from since.
Shreveport police say around 8 p.m. they were called out to a home in the 400 block of Flournoy Lucas Road relative to a missing persons report. Family members say 27-year-old Hollie Sharp had left her home sometime around 5 a.m. Her family says that Sharp never arrived at her job, they grew increasingly concerned and called police.
Sharp's family says she is possibly suffering from a mental illness. Authorities are concerned for Sharp's welfare. Sharp is described as a white female, about 5'5" weighing about 250 lbs.
If anyone has information regarding the whereabouts of Hollie Sharp, they are asked to immediately call Shreveport Police Headquarters at 318-673-BLUE(2583), 911, or Shreveport-Caddo Parish Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373.
