CBS 5 has resolved an issue with a transmitter that caused a loss of its over-the-air signal and affected some satellite and cable customers.
CBS 5 Vice President and General Manager Ed Munson issued the following statement Friday night:
"First, thank you all so very much for your patience as we work to get our signal back up. We've just received word that the repair to the transmitter is complete and we are back on the air! Engineers will continue to monitor the signal to make sure we remain on the air. Thanks again for your patience and understanding."
