Victoria Rachal is considered Natchitoches Central's silent leader. The quiet senior guard makes the most noise with her basketball skills.
Head coach Emma Boozman said Victoria made an immediate impact on her team.
"I new she was good as a freshman. She was very instrumental in us winning a state championship back in 2010," said Boozman.
Victoria had 17 points in the Lady Chiefs win in the semifinals over Sulphur. They will play Southwood in the state championship game on Saturday.
Victoria signed with McNeese State in November.
SHE HOLDS A 3-POINT-8 GRADE POINT AVERAGE... AND HAS ASPIRATIONS BEYOND THE COURT WHEN SHE ARRIVES AT MCNEESE.
"VICTORIA RACHAL - "i'm undecided, probably criminal justice or staying with basketball."
