CLAIBORNE PARISH, LA (KSLA) -

A robbery at a Piggly Wiggly in Haynesville on Feb. 10, has many asking questions. That is because the same store was reportedly hit back in November. Officers think this could be the same person who robbed the store a few months ago.

Angela Shelton still finds it hard to talk about the night she was robbed at gun point. Employees at the Piggly Wiggly tell KSLA News 12 that a man covered from head to toe came into the store last week and demanded money. The store's surveillance system caught it all.

That Sunday morning, Angela's daughter was working with her. "He kinda had the gun pointed at her, demanding the money," said Shelton.

This is Angela's second time to held at gun point. Back in November a man, wearing a mask, carrying a gun in plastic bag did the same exact thing. Store management went back and compared both tapes. They noticed that, while the suspect is wearing a different color mask and coat, the disguise and bag wrapped gun are basically the same. Also, both times, before the masked gunman entered the store, he walks around back and looks around for a while.

Haynesville Police have the surveillance video and they are looking through each robbery to see what they can find. Meanwhile Angela is asking the community to pay attention. "Maybe somebody can recognize his walk or something," said Shelton.

The store has made some changes to the way they operate, for instance more than one or two people will be at the front at all times.

If you have any information on this case you can call the Haynesville Police Department at (318) 548-0813.
