CLARKSVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A Clarksville man is accused of assaulting a young child after watching pornography on a cell phone.

Police said Kevin Raphael Yepez, 32, of Waters Edge Drive, is charged with one count of child rape in the case that originated with a Department of Children's Services report.

DCS referred the case to Clarksville police to investigate, and they found that Yepez allegedly assaulted the male child who is under 6 years of age.

Yepez was jailed Thursday in Montgomery County on $75,000 bond, and an order of protection has been issued to prohibit him from having further contact with the child.
