MANY, LA (KSLA) -

An attempt by Many police officers to pull over a driver for loud music starts a high-speed chase, and it is all caught on tape on the officer's dash cam. The chase began in Many at 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday.

 The pursuit lasted only five minutes, but reached speeds of more than 100 miles per hour.

Many Police arrested 29-year-old Steven Wayne York on charges of possession of marijuana and other drugs, possession of a firearm, aggravated flight from officers and many traffic violations.

When officers searched York's truck they found an AK-47 with a loaded magazine, a loaded Colt revolver, pills and marijuana. According to a police report, York told officers, as they hauled him off, that he ran because he did not want to get in trouble for his marijuana.
