A Texas company has announced a product recall of hog head cheese that could be contaminated with Salmonella.
10 oz. packages of "Richard's Hog Head Cheese" with an establishment number "EST. 2257" inside the USDA mark of inspection are being recalled.
The products have use by labels of "Use by 2 1 2013" or "Use by 3 20 2013" on the packaging. They were produced on November 1st and December 19, 2012.
