OIL CITY, LA (KSLA) -

Family and friends of Tracy Winslow gathered at an Oil City gazebo Wednesday, on the 2nd anniversary of her disappearance.

Tracy Winslow, 30, went missing at midnight on January 24th, 2011.

"To see another family member taken out of your life that is something that you can never prepare yourself for," says cousin Felicia Starks.

Investigators say Winslow was kidnapped from her mother's apartment. Her longtime boyfriend, Eddie Jackson, was charged and convicted of her kidnapping and setting her car on fire back in August. He is serving a 40 year sentence at the Avoyelles correctional center.

Tracy Winslow still has never been found.

"We are not going to stop searching no matter how long it takes," says Felicia Starks.

Caddo Parish officials say that they are still following leads, the most recent lead coming just two weeks ago.

If you have any information about her disappearance you can call the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Department at 318-675-2170.
