Football fans packed Buffalo Wild Wings in Bossier City on Monday night to watch the BCS National Championship game. Lots of fans wore Alabama's Crimson or Notre Dame shirts, but there were also LSU fans still wearing their purple and gold. Many Tiger fans had a difficult time deciding who to cheer for.
Typically during the regular season LSU and Alabama have a fierce rivalry, but many Tiger fans decided to do something they rarely ever do. They cheered for Alabama to show their SEC pride.
"The only reason I'm cheering for Alabama is because of the SEC," said Eric Rinaldo.
Some LSU fans said they couldn't put aside their dislike of the Crimson Tide, so they chose to cheer for the Fighting Irish.
"It's hard because you want the SEC to win, but I hate Alabama. So I'm going to have to go with Notre Dame," said Jacqueline Smith.
