Lee County basketball opens with sweep

LEESBURG, GA (WALB) -

High School Basketball is underway in south Georgia.

Lee County made their new coach Kirven Davis a winner in his first game.

Trojans defeats Webster County 62-31 on Tuesday night.

The Lady Trojans win 57-24 over Webster County in the first game for new lead Trojans head coach Tondra Davis.

Lee County will play at the Baker County tournament this weekend.

In the GISA, two time Class A state champ Crisp Academy Lady Wildcats beat Pinewood Christian 38-30 in the Bulloch Tournament in Statesboro.

Crisp Academy girls will play Bulloch on Wednesday.
