SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -

Shreveport police are looking for a local man accused of committing a residential burglary earlier this year in Shreveport.

Back on August 17, Shreveport police officers responded to a residential burglary in the 1200 block of Norma Street. The air conditioner had been stolen and it was discovered that it was later pawned at a local pawn shop. Based on information gathered during an ongoing investigation, Shreveport Police Robbery detectives say they have linked 20-year-old Trivion Thomas of Shreveport to the crime.

Authorities have secured a warrant for the arrest of Thomas, charging him with simple burglary. Bond is set at $75,000.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Shreveport Police Detectives at (318) 673-6955 or Caddo-Shreveport Crimestoppers at (318) 673-7373.

Crimestoppers is offering a $500 reward for any information leading to the arrest of Thomas.
