Last day of campaigning before the election

Good Monday morning from Heather. It's chilly this morning!

Today is the final day of campaigning before tomorrow's election. Vice President Joe Biden and his wife Jill will be in Richmond today with singer John Mellencamp. Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney will campaign in Lynchburg and Fairfax.

The National Weather service says a nor-easter could hit the northeast by Wednesday, which could knock out more power and bring more rain and flooding. It could mean rain for Virginia too.
