Bossier City brothers charged with aggravated rape of juvenile

BOSSIER CITY, LA (KSLA) -

Bossier City Police detectives have arrested and charged two brothers in connection with the aggravated rape of a juvenile.

Thomas Macks Allen, Jr., 40, and Ronald Joseph Allen, 38, both of Bossier City, were arrested following an investigation by the Juvenile Unit. The investigation resulted in detectives obtaining arrest warrants which were executed on Wednesday.

The two men are accused of taking part in sexual activity with a juvenile under the age of 13 years.

Both were booked into the Bossier City Jail and subsequently transferred to the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Facility. Bond is set at $250,000 each.
