BOSSIER CITY, LA (KSLA) -

Bossier City Police have arrested two juveniles in the murder of a Bossier City woman, after dropping the charge against her boyfriend.

21-year old Ieshia Winbush was shot to death at 22-year-old Taurus Trammel Carter's home in the 600 of Patton Street on September 23, 2012.

Carter was arrested a week later and charged with second degree murder.

According to a statement released by Bossier City Police, that charge was recalled Friday after detectives developed new information that implicated two 16-year old males in the killing.

The two teens, both of Bossier City, were arrested late Friday night on charges of first degree murder.

Police say one of the suspects fatally shot the victim while both suspects were in the process of burglarizing the residence.

They were booked into the Bossier Juvenile Detention Center. Louisiana law prohibits the release of the names of juvenile criminal suspects.
