Fans attending Saturday's clash between No. 22 Texas A&M and No. 23 Louisiana Tech will be able to take advantage of free shuttle service to and from the game, courtesy of the City of Shreveport.
With attendance expected to exceed 40,000 for the much-anticipated game, Mayor Cedric Glover directed his staff to secure shuttle buses to ease traffic congestion and make the overall game day experience more convenient for fans.
The buses will pick up at Pierre Bossier Mall beginning at 6 p.m. Saturday and will periodically travel back and forth to Independence stadium. The service is expected to wrap up about 30 minutes after the game ends.
Kickoff for the nationally televised contest is 8 p.m.
The loading area will be on the north side of Pierre Bossier Mall, near the food court, and will be clearly marked.
