SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -
Shreveport police are investigating the armed robbery of a west Shreveport bar early Wednesday morning.
Police say they were called to the Break Time Bar in the 6200 block of West Bert Kouns Industrial loop at 1:43 a.m., where witnesses told police two men, one armed with what appeared to be a shotgun, entered the bar, confronted employees and patrons and demanded money. They then took off on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was injured during the robbery.
The men were said to be wearing long-sleeved hoodies and masks. Investigators say they are working to recover surveillance video from the business.
