Author Tony Hanna gives readers a chance to praise love, Australia, and great people through his anthology of poems
Sydney, Australia (PRWEB) October 05, 2012
From poet-author Tony Hanna comes a heart-warming anthology of poetry that readers can feel and identify with. In The Love of an Eagle, a book published in February 2011, everyone gets a chance to experience, reminisce, and enjoy love; everyone gets to appreciate Australia; everyone gets to recognise special and wonderful people.
This collection of poems gives readers a glimpse of the man, the citizen, and the person the author is. In some poetic pieces, he describes the greatness and beauty of Australia; in others, he expresses his salute to Oprah, mothers, dads, and to his own parents; and in many, he shows his deepest sentiments to love and the love of his life. Emotive, evocative, and sentimental, the verses depict a wealth of beautiful endearments, honour, and admiration.
“Poetry came easy to me; it all started when I was about seven years old. While writing my poetry, I thought that they were meaningless to other people but after showing them to some of my friends and family, I realised that they are worth sharing with people. This is why I want to share my poems with you,” reveals the author.
