SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -

Crime Stoppers will give you a reward if you can provide Shreveport Police with information leading to the arrest of a man who took money from a Circle K cash register on Friday.

Shreveport Police released a video Tuesday that shows a white man, standing about 5'9" and wearing a blue long-sleeve button down shirt, khaki pants and a tan hat walking into the Circle K store at 2102 Bert Kouns about 5:30 p.m.

The man walked to the cooler, got a drink, went to the counter and gave the clerk money for the drink.

When the clerk opened the register drawer, police allege that the man said, "I'm going to take your money." The man then reached over the counter, grabbed cash from the register and then ran out the front door.

The man got into a four-door Jeep Grand Cherokee that was driven by a black man. Police say there might be damage to the driver's side.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $500 reward for any information leading to the identity and arrest of the robber. Contact Crime Stoppers at 673-7373 or www.lockemup.org.
