Shreveport Police have found and arrested their prime suspect in a shooting September 14 at an intersection in West Shreveport.
Raphael Clark, 24, of the 8700 block of Janet Circle, has been charged on an outstanding warrant of attempted second-degree murder.
Authorities got their man after they were told that their suspect might be hiding in a home in the 2900 block of West Maple Street. Police moved in about 1:18 p.m.
They say they found their man hiding inside. He surrendered and was taken into custody without incident.
The arrest comes a week after a fight that started between Kortez Hobley, 20, and another man at a convenience store at the intersection of West 70th and Linwood Avenue.
Hobley was shot in the leg and taken to LSU Health.
Earlier, authorities arrested Kijafa Edwards, 20, in connection with the case. Edwards was booked on one count of principal to attempted second degree murder.
Investigators believe Edwards was driving the car that Clark was riding in at the time he allegedly shot Hobley.
